As a condition of using TentSquare, you promise to not use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these rules. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Services.

Community Guidelines

Participate, vote, upload, and share.

We encourage our members to actively use the TentSquare services, including entering our competitions, voting, watching and commenting on other member’s videos, uploading content to their profiles, and sharing our competitions with their friends and communities.

Respect other members.

Please be tolerant and respectful of content and other members who may have different ideas than your own. Of course, if you think that someone is expressing views that are hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory, or otherwise in violation of these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Use, you can let us know by emailing us at legal@tentsquare.com.

Be professional.

TentSquare provides a unique opportunity to connect with others in the entertainment industry. We hope that you keep your profile up-to-date, upload content to your profile, explore other members’ profiles, and participate in our competitions. In all circumstances, please be professional in your interactions with others and do not be dishonest or inappropriate.

Don’t spam.

We encourage you to connect with other members and participate in our services, but please don’t send unsolicited mass messages or disrupt our members experience using TentSquare.

Content Guidelines

  • Only upload content that you created yourself, own fully, or have necessary permissions from the copyright holders.
  • Be truthful in describing the content and your role in it
  • Don’t upload, download, submit, or distribute:
    • Any content you don’t own or have permission to upload.
    • Any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, privacy right, or other right of any other person or entity or that violates any law or contractual duty.
    • Any content containing sexually explicit material or pornography.
    • Any content that is hateful, that harasses others, or that includes defamatory or discriminatory speech.
    • Any content that depicts or promotes unlawful acts, extreme or real-life violence, self-harm, or cruelty toward animals.
    • Any content that is false, misleading untruthful or inaccurate.
    • Any content that includes any form of advertising, product demos and tutorials, or spam or that pertains to affiliate programs, get-rich-quick schemes, cash gifting, or similar.
    • Screen captures or rips of video games, gameplay videos, movies, music, television, or any other third-party copyrighted material.
    • Spam, advertising, or videos intended to drive traffic to your website.
    • Any content that contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data, system, password, or other information or ours or any third party.
    • Any content that includes anyone’s identification documents or sensitive financial information

Violation of these TentSquare Community Guidelines and/or the Terms Of Use may lead to removal of your content from TentSquare and/or your TentSquare account. To report a violation of these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Use, please email legal@tentsquare.com. To notify us of content that infringes your copyright, please notify us in accordance with the procedures set out in our Copyright Policy.
